Sean O’Neill is a Montreal based commercial, corporate, and editorial photographer with over 30 years of professional experience. Montreal has provided an excellent base for Sean’s Canadian and international work. With very short notice he can be packing his bags and equipment and heading for the airport. He has shot in many parts of the world, for example: Caribbean, Europe, United States, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, French Polynesia, Falkland Islands, Galapagos etc. Having dual citizenship, Canadian and Irish, simplifies things for him when working in Europe. Completely comfortable in the studio, he has fully equipped facilities in Montreal, and in St. Bride's, Newfoundland.
His client list is quite varied and travelling to the far-flung corners of the earth has been a hallmark of his photographic career. Every assignment no matter how small or large gets his full attention. A perfectionist by nature, he is not satisfied unless the final images are of the highest quality.
A small sample of his client list would include:
Commercial work for clients including: Montreal Neurological Institute, ThyssenKrupp, Scotia Bank, Government of Nunavut, Government of Canada, St. George’s School of Montreal, Club Med, Duke University, Vortex Aquatic Structures International, Mont Tremblant, Athans Communications, Nexia Biotechnologies, St. Patrick's Basilica, The Biodome of Montreal, Montreal Urban Community, etc.
Editorial work has appeared in the following publications: Canadian Wildlife Magazine, National Geographic Traveler, Readers Digest, World Wildlife Federation, Time Magazine, Ski Canada, Ski Magazine, Swiss Press, W Magazine, Montreal Gazette, etc.
